How to correctly blow dry hair?

I have no clue how to. I just get all of it dry, and flat iron my hair. But, how do you style your hair with a Blow dryer? What products do I need to use?

Whenever I try to style it with a brush, (ive used round brushes, and flat...) it is big, and poofy, and frizzy. How do I fix it so that its smooth and flat?

Round brush, Blow by sections. Blow up then out straight and then down while holding the dryer about six inches from hair. Try Frizz-ease flat out shampoo and conditioner, and use the serum. I put the serum in while my hairs damp, squirt into palm and rub between both palms til it heats up a bit. Makes it easier to distribute throughout your hair, and easier to straighten.

When you dry your hair do not rub it hard with a towel just squeeze it gently with a towel. Then apply Redken Antisnap which is a leave in protein treatment. It makes your hair silky soft without feeling like you have anything on your hair. It also prevents split ends which will make your hair look and feel smoother. If you dry your hair too much with a towel before drying it will effect your hairs cuticle. It needs to be wet but not dripping and then apply antisnap. Then use a nozzle on your hairdryer and dry with a denman paddle brush for silky soft frizz free hair! Good luck!

I use to have the same problem, but I found out that using conditioner makes it worse for my hair. So I stopped and just continued using head and shoulders. After I use the dangerously straight mousse from herbel essences. When I blow dry, I don't comb before I do it, I comb in between the drying session. I hope that helps. It works for me but I usually sleep off the frizzyness and the next day it's not frizzy.
