After a shower, take some mousse or hair gel[depending on your hair thickness, usually a mini marshmellow size is fine] and comb it through your hair with your hands. then while blow drying, gently comb it with a wide-tooth, twisting it every so often. It should come off like that.

Oh thats cute, well you can use a curling iron, but if you dont have it, then mix water and a teaspoon full of SEA SALTS. and rub it it your hair to make it damp then scrunge up tiny section until it is full dry, do not blow dry or it will become frizzy
